Job Location: Mohali / Gaborone, Botswana
Job description:
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Initial Job Location at Mohali, thereafter relocate to Botswana
Salary Range: As per Industry Norms
Office Timing:
Monday to Friday: 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday : 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare MIS documents
- Prepare tax documents (India and Botswana)
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Monthly closing and Annual Audit
- Supervise Day to Day accounting work
- Communication and coordination with both India and Botswana team
Qualifications
ICWA/ CA only (minimum 2 years post qualification experiance)
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Practical knowledge of work in good ERP like Odoo/ SAP/ Oracle/ Microsoft
