Role Overview

We are inviting applications from Semi Qualified / Qualified Chartered Accountants who are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a long-term career in accounting, finance, taxation, advisory, compliance, and assurance.

As an Associate / Consultant, you’ll work closely with senior professionals and partners on diverse, cross-functional assignments, gaining comprehensive exposure across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage the finance function of clients

✅ Undertake month-end closure activities and MIS reporting

✅ Handle direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filings and documentation

✅ Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards

✅ Assist in statutory audits across sectors

✅ Participate in corporate law and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI

✅ Conduct research and analysis on accounting, tax, payroll, and legal matters

✅ Prepare and review working papers, reports, and deliverables with high accuracy

✅ Contribute to due diligence, valuation, and restructuring projects

✅ Engage directly with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution

✅ Manage fund operations

Desired Candidate Profile

🎓 Semi Qualified / Qualified Chartered Accountant (1-2 years experience)

📊 Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, finance, taxation & auditing

💡 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

💻 Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)

🤝 High integrity, responsibility, and professional ethics

⚡ Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
