Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer specializing in Estimation and Rate Analysis, based in Pune City. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, conducting rate analyses, analyzing project requirements, preparing tenders, and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring that project estimates are accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Expertise in Civil Construction Estimating and general Civil Engineering concepts
• Strong understanding of Estimation as per SSR, RSR, DSR of PWD & MGP and Actual Market Rates.
• Ability to work effectively as a Civil Engineer within multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills
• Prior experience in estimation, rate analysis, and similar workflows is preferred
• Experience of 3 to 7 years in Estimation and Rate Analysis of Building and Infrastructure Projects.
• Familiarity with government and private project standards and regulations is an advantage
