Position: Civil Engineer

Experience: 10+ years

Location: SIPCOT 60 MLD SWRO HAM PPP Project, Mullakadu, Tuticorin, Tamilnadu.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 10+ years, Should have served as Construction / Site Consultant in SWRO

Desalination plant and water treatment plant of not less than 10 mld, as well as one pipeline

project with a minimum 250 mm dia and above for a minimum period of 3 years as project

Management consultant or construction and commissioning, including quality management of

both works and materials.

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing civil engineering activities as part of PMC services for

desalination/WTP projects (≥10 MLD) and pipelines (≥250 mm dia). Ensures the contractor’s

work complies with design, specifications, safety norms, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor contractor execution as per approved drawings and method statements.

2. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and verification of materials.

3. Report progress, deviations, and NCRs to PMC management.

4. Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and safety teams for compliance.

5. Support testing & commissioning from a PMC oversight perspective.
