Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer for execution and supervision of WRD projects, with strong experience in Micro Irrigation systems. The position is based on-site in Sagwara.
Key Responsibilities
Execution and supervision of WRD and micro irrigation projects
Site management, layout marking, and technical supervision
Coordination with contractors, vendors, and government authorities
Quantity estimation, billing, and measurement work
Ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines
Preparation of daily/weekly progress reports
Handling project documentation and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years experience in WRD projects
Proven experience in Micro Irrigation projects (Drip/Sprinkler systems, pipelines, pump houses, etc.)
Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office
Ability to manage site teams efficiently
Preferred Skills
Experience working with government tenders and WRD standards
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Willingness to stay on-site in Sagwara
