🚧 We Are Hiring –Senior Field Engineer (Road Construction Projects) 🚧

[ SDR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY] is a road construction company working on PWD, PMGSY & WRD projects.

Required: Senior Field Engineer (Road Construction Projects)

We are hiring a highly experienced and responsible Field Engineer for road construction projects (PWD / PMGSY / WRD). Only candidates with strong field experience should apply.

Location: Aalirajpur, Madhya Pradesh, India

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently handle complete site execution and management

• Perform precise leveling using Auto Level without supervision

• Execute and supervise slab and culvert works with full technical knowledge

• Ensure all work is carried out strictly as per drawings and specifications

• Conduct and manage material testing (Soil, Aggregates, Concrete, etc.) at site

• Plan and manage daily site requirements including labor, machinery, and materials

• Maintain strict quality control and ensure compliance with standards

• Handle site challenges and take immediate on-ground decisions

• Maintain Measurement Book (MB), DPR records, and daily progress reports

Mandatory Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant road project experience (PWD / PMGSY / WRD compulsory)

• Strong command over leveling instruments and site execution

• Material testing knowledge is mandatory (Soil, Aggregate, Concrete testing at site)

• Proven ability to independently manage site operations

“Candidate must have strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in culvert and slab construction works.”

Important Note:

• Freshers or candidates without road project experience will NOT be considered

• Candidate without material testing knowledge will NOT be considered

• Candidate must be capable of handling site work independently from day one
