Role Overview

Teleperformance is hiring Civil Engineers (Executives / Associates level) for a Customer Care Support role . This position requires candidates with prior civil engineering experience , who will support customer queries, coordination, and issue tracking related to civil, maintenance, and infrastructure services. The role is ideal for civil engineers looking to transition into a support-based role while leveraging their technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer care support activities related to civil, maintenance, and infrastructure queries
• Respond to customer calls/emails regarding civil-related issues and service requests
• Coordinate with internal facilities, vendors, and engineering teams for issue resolution
• Understand and interpret civil-related complaints and provide appropriate guidance
• Track, document, and follow up on service requests and escalations
• Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer issues
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Civil engineering experience is required
• Suitable for Executives / Associates-level candidates
• 1–5 years of prior civil engineering experience
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
• Immediate joiners only (mandatory)
• Willing to work from Mumbai – Malad location

Preferred Skills

• Ability to understand civil drawings, maintenance issues, and technical terminology
• Customer coordination and issue management skills
• Basic knowledge of facilities, maintenance, or infrastructure operations
• Good documentation and reporting skills

Compensation

• Maximum Budget: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
• (Fixed; based on interview performance)

• Rotational Shifts
• Rotational Weekly Offs
