Should have past working knowledge in a digital marketing agency or a digital marketing role in an organization.

Needs to have knowledge on website related projects management. Key Responsibilities ● Discuss the project goals with the client and development team. ● Work on projects related to Websites and other web development related projects ● Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition ● Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements ● Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives ● Manage client deliverables within defined scope, timeline, and budget. ● Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams ● Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust ● Prepare regular reports of progress for internal and external stakeholders using project management tools/sheets ● Presenting work in meetings with clients and management. ● Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities ● Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital marketing field Skills Required ● Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Servicing in a digital marketing role ● Working knowledge of managing website development projects ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels ● Excellent organizational and time management skills ● Ability in problem-solving and negotiation Job Location Office address – Goregaon – Cello Triumph Joining Immediate or maximum within 15 days
