Clinical Nurse III: D5E

Albany Medical Center, a leading healthcare system renowned for its integration of a top-tier hospital and a distinguished medical college, is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse III to join our D5E ward team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional patient care, fostering a learning environment, and contributing to our community's health. The selected candidate will engage directly in clinical duties and collaborate extensively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of personalized patient care.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the D5E department based on best practices and clinical protocols. Participate in the development and evaluation of nursing practices and procedures within the ward. Act as a mentor and role model for junior staff, facilitating their professional development.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and progression. Partake in research activities aimed at advancing clinical knowledge and improving patient care.
