You will collaborate with a team of skilled healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and contribute to the educational goals of our nursing staff. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients. Implement patient care plans including assessments, evaluations, and nursing diagnoses.

Facilitate a collaborative atmosphere with other healthcare team members. Mentor and educate nursing staff on the latest in clinical practices and theories. Engage in research activities aimed at advancing nursing practices and patient outcomes.

Ensure adherence to hospital policies and ethical standards.
