Clinical Operations Admin

Gabby Health is hiring a Clinical Operations Admin to support tele-health and clinical workflows remotely.

This role is ideal for qualified nurses with NCLEX certification who have a strong understanding of clinical documentation, medical records, orders, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will help ensure documentation is complete, workflows are followed correctly, and clinical issues are identified early while supporting communication across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient documentation and ensure required records are complete

• Verify clinical orders and supporting documents

• Identify missing documentation or workflow gaps

• Support tele-health operations through daily follow-up and coordination with internal clinical and operational staff

• Check documentation quality and flag issues to internal teams

• Coordinate with clinical staff and operational teams

• Assist with onboarding and system readiness checks

Requirements

• Must be a qualified nurse

• NCLEX certification required

• Previous experience in clinical administration, medical documentation, healthcare coordination, nursing support, or tele-health operations

• Strong understanding of healthcare documentation and clinical processes

• Good attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

• Strong communication skills

Salary
