As a CNC Machinist (5-Axis), you’ll be critical to ensuring precision, repeatability, and throughput across demanding programs.

The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
\nSet up and operate
5-axis DMG Mori and Haas CNC machines\nRun complex precision parts from
blueprints, drawings, and schematics\nHold tight tolerances (typically
±0.001" and tighter, depending on part)\nPerform on-machine and manual
deburring and finishing\nInspect parts using
on-machine probing, micrometers, indicators, and thread gauges\nManage routine machine maintenance and cutting-fluid systems\nSupport process-improvement initiatives focused on throughput and efficiency\nCollaborate with programmers and engineers to refine machining strategies\n\n
This is a hands-on machining role, not an operator-only position.

What We’re Looking For\n
Required:

\n
5+ years of CNC machine setup and operation experience\nHands-on experience with
5-axis CNC machining\nProven ability machining
aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, or Inconel\nStrong blueprint reading and tolerance control skills\nSolid understanding of tooling, offsets, and workholding\n\n
Preferred (Not Required):
\n
\nExperience with
DMG Mori machines\nFamiliarity with
Siemens controls\nCNC programming and fixture design experience\nExperience machining metal 3D printed parts\nNTMA machinist certification or equivalent training\nProficiency with CMMs and advanced inspection\nComfortable operating shop equipment (cranes, forklifts, etc.)\n\n
