Advance Services Inc - - Responsibilities: Program complex parts for CNC multi-axis lathes & mills (Use of G-code and/or conversational programming on Mazak lathes & mills); Develop machine set-ups, program edits, program saving, and working with tolerances to +/- .001; Demonstrate forward thinking to avoid problems, and effectively trouble-shoot any problems that do arise; Read 2-D shop prints and update paperwork accurately and in an organized manner; Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and various other inspection equipment
