This role exists due to continued production demand and the need to expand machining capacity across aerospace and defense programs.

In this position, you’ll play a key role in producing highly engineered fasteners and precision components used in critical aerospace and industrial applications where quality, consistency, and reliability are essential.

\n

The Work You’ll Be Doing\n

In this role, you will:

\n
    \nSet up and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, or Swiss machines \nRun 2–5 axis CNC machines or automated machine cells\nLoad, run, and adjust CNC programs, offsets, and tooling\nPrepare fixtures, set cutting tools, and verify workholding\nOperate multiple machines simultaneously (2–3 machines depending on workflow) \nPerform first-article and in-process inspections using standard measurement tools\nRead and interpret blueprints and basic GD&T requirements\nReplace tooling/inserts and perform minor machine adjustments\nDeburr parts and complete work order documentation per AS9100 standards \nMaintain a clean and organized work area\n\n

    Machines, Controls & Software\n

    Machines: CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Swiss/Star Machines, automated machining cells
    Controls: Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, Okuma OSP, CELOS
    CAM Software: Exposure to Mastercam or similar (a plus)
    Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, height gauges, air gauges, bench inspection tools

      What We’re Looking For\n

      Required:

      \n
        \n2+ years of CNC machining experience (Level II–IV depending on skill level) \nExperience with CNC Mills, Lathes, or Swiss machines\nAbility to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T\nExperience with machine setups, tooling, and offsets\nAbility to inspect parts using standard inspection tools\nFamiliarity with CNC G & M codes\nITAR eligibility (U.S. Person required)\nHigh school diploma or GED\nReliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented\n\n

        Preferred (Not Required):

        \n
          \nExperience running multi-axis (3–5 axis) machines\nFamiliarity with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or Okuma controls\nAerospace or high-precision manufacturing experience\nCertifications in CNC machining or related field\n\n
