The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
\nPlan machining and assembly sequences\nSet up and operate CNC machining equipment\nRead and interpret engineering drawings and specifications\nAssemble machined components into finished assemblies\nPerform drilling, tapping, deburring, and finishing operations\nInspect parts using precision measuring tools\nComplete quality and production documentation\nTroubleshoot issues and support process improvements\nCollaborate with engineering, quality, and inspection teams\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S standards\n\n

Machines: CNC mills, lathes, and grinding equipment (3-, 4-, or 5-axis)\n
Controls: Siemens, Fanuc\n
Inspection Tools: CMMs, micrometers, indicators, height gages\n\n

What We’re Looking For\n
Required:
\n
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n1+ year of machinist experience\nBlueprint and specification reading ability\nExperience setting up and operating machine tools\nStrong attention to detail\n\n
Preferred (Not Required):
\n
\nTrade school training or extended machining experience\nMulti-axis machining exposure\nGD&T knowledge\nERP system experience\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\n\n

Shift Differential: 20%\n
