Due to steady production demand and continued growth, we are hiring experienced CNC Machinists to support both milling and turning departments. This role plays a key part in producing high-quality components while maintaining the consistency and reliability our customers expect.

The Work You’ll Be Doing\n

In this role, you will:

\n

\nSet up and operate CNC milling machines or CNC lathes\nMachine both large and small precision components\nWork on prototypes through production runs (one piece to thousands)\nRead and interpret blueprints and GD&T\nSelect tooling, set offsets, and verify workholding\nAdjust feeds, speeds, and offsets as needed\nPerform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools\nCollaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and other machinists\n\n

This is a hands-on machining position inside a serious large-part facility.

Required:

\n3+ years CNC machining experience\nExperience in a job shop environment\nStrong blueprint & GD&T interpretation skills\nSetup ability (tooling, offsets, adjustments)\nComfortable holding tolerances and inspecting parts\nReliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented\n\n

Preferred:

\n

\nExperience with large-part machining\nMulti-axis machining experience\nExperience with Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, or Mori Seiki equipment\n\n
