The Work You’ll Be Doing\n

In this role, you will:

\n

\nSet up and operate CNC milling and turning centers\nMachine small, high-precision parts to tight tolerances\nLoad, adjust, and run CNC programs as required\nSelect tooling, offsets, and workholding\nPerform in-process and first-article inspections\nWork closely with quality and production teammates\nMaintain a clean, organized, professional work area\n\n

You’ll be trusted to manage your work and contribute to continuous improvement.

Machines, Controls & Shop Equipment\n

You’ll work with equipment such as:

Machines:

\n

\nHaas, Mori Seiki & Okuma vertical mills\nMazak & Hardinge CNC turning centers\n4-axis & 5-axis machining platforms\nHorizontal milling with a ~100-pallet system\nMitsubishi Wire EDM\n\n

Inspection Tools:

\n

\nCMMs\nKeyence vision systems\nAdvanced in-process and final inspection equipment\n\n

What We’re Looking For\n

Required:

\n

\nCNC setup & operation experience in milling and/or turning\nStrong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation\nExperience holding tight tolerances\nComfortable working independently and as part of a team\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\n\n

Preferred (Not Required):

\n

\nMulti-axis machining experience\nAerospace, medical, or defense industry background\nEDM experience\n\n
