The Work You’ll Be Doing\n

In this role, you will:

\n

\nSet up and operate multi-axis CNC machines including 5-axis mills and Swiss-style lathes\nLoad, run, and edit CNC programs at the machine as required\nSelect tooling, set offsets, and verify workholding\nHold tight blueprint tolerances and document quality data\nPerform first-article and in-process inspections\nMake program adjustments to maintain performance and accuracy\nPerform basic TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)\nPartner with engineering, quality, and production teams to support Lean initiatives\n\n

Machines: 5-Axis CNC Mills, Swiss-Style CNC Lathes
Controls: (Fanuc-style environments common in Swiss applications)
Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, gauges, blueprint-driven inspection
