The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
\nSet up and operate multi-axis CNC mills (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)\nRead blueprints and GD&T to ensure parts meet exact specifications\nPerform offsets, tooling changes, and minor program edits\nConduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools\nDocument all work per GMP/GDP standards\nFollow preventive maintenance schedules and basic machine upkeep\nParticipate in 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement efforts\nCollaborate with teammates to hit production and quality targets\n\n

What We’re Looking For\n
Required:

\n3+ years CNC milling experience\nHigh school diploma or GED\nAbility to read blueprints and interpret GD&T\nComfortable running multiple machines\nU.S. Person status for ITAR compliance\n\n
Preferred:
\n
\nAssociate’s degree, machinist certification, or apprenticeship\nExperience with mill-turn or Swiss machines\nBackground in medical or aerospace manufacturing\n\n
