The CNC Machinist will independently set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical ability, the capability to hold tight tolerances, and confidence making program edits at the machine. Ideal candidates have experience machining complex components from high-performance materials.

The CNC Machinist will independently set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes with minimal supervision
- Edit CNC programs, adjust offsets, and optimize machining performance
- Machine components to tight tolerances and required surface finishes
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
- Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements
- 4+ years of CNC machining experience on mills and/or lathes
- Strong setup capability, tooling selection, and inspection experience
- Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Ability to make CNC program edits directly at the machine
- Experience holding tolerances to ±.0005"
- Experience machining materials such as Inconel, titanium, or molybdenum preferred
- Hourly pay range: $27-$35 depending on experience
- Overtime opportunities available (typically 40-55 hours per week, voluntary)
- Multiple shift options available (M-F) (6:00am - 2:30pm OR 2:30pm - 11pm)
