Multiple shifts available with 10%, 20%, and 30% differentials.
What You'll Do-
Run CNC equipment including lathes, millturn, 3/4/5axis mills
Set up, load parts, prove programs, adjust offsets, and perform edits
Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and specifications
Inspect work using precision measurement tools and make corrections as needed
Maintain clean, organized work areas and perform basic machine PM
Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams

HS diploma/GED; machining training or 2+ years CNC experience
Experience machining mediumtohigh complexity parts
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding
Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, indicators; CMM experience a plus
Ability to follow instructions, adapt to change, and run multiple machines
Solid math skills and knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and cutting strategies
