The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
\nSet up and operate CNC mills
or CNC lathes (single- and multi-spindle)\nRun production jobs while maintaining tight quality standards\nRead and interpret part prints, job orders, and operation control plans\nAdjust offsets, tooling, feeds, speeds, and depth of cut as required\nPerform first-piece and in-process inspections using approved measuring devices\nMonitor SPC and process control data to ensure compliance\nLoad bar stock and install collets, bushings, and stock pushers\nChange, position, and secure tooling using presetting and tool monitoring systems\nReview cycle times, spindle RPMs, and machine performance\nPerform daily operator maintenance and maintain lubricants and coolants\nEnter production and quality data into Epicor (MRP) and related systems\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area\nParticipate in continuous improvement activities and tooling trials\n\n

What We’re Looking For\n
Required
\n
\n3–5+ years of CNC machining experience (mill or lathe)\nAbility to perform setups and make adjustments during production\nStrong blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation skills\nExperience performing first-piece and in-process inspections\nComfortable working long shifts in a production environment\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for 10–12 hour shifts\n\n

\nMulti-spindle experience\nMedical manufacturing or regulated industry experience\nFamiliarity with SPC and structured process control environments\n\n
