The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
\nSet up and operate CNC equipment for precision medical components\nLoad parts, run jobs, and make adjustments to offsets and tooling as needed\nHold tight tolerances and ensure dimensional accuracy throughout production\nPerform first-article and in-process inspections\nTroubleshoot machining issues and make corrections to maintain quality\nPerform basic preventative maintenance and follow safe work practices\nWork closely with teammates to meet daily production and quality goals\n\n

What We’re Looking For\n
Required:

\n
2+ years of CNC machining experience\n
Strong part inspection experience\nAbility to read blueprints and GD&T\nExperience working with tight tolerances and precision parts\nStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills\nTeam-oriented, reliable, and safety-minded\n\n
Preferred (Not Required):
\n
\nExperience with
Mill Turn machine, 3-5 axis mills, or Swiss machines\nMedical device manufacturing experience\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles\n\n
