The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:

\nSet up, program, and operate a range of CNC machines\nMachine large, precision parts to tight tolerances\nWork from job travelers and blueprints to program in GibbsCAM or at the machine\nHandle a mix of job shop work with varying part sizes and complexity\nMaintain a safe, organized work environment with minimal oversight\nCollaborate with a lean, high-performing team of machinists\n\n

You’ll work with equipment such as:

Machines: Horizontal Boring Mills (HBMs), Vertical Mills (3–4 axis), CNC Lathes (Y-axis, 5-axis), VTLs\n
Controls: Fanuc and Haas\n
CAM Software: GibbsCAM\n
Inspection Tools: Standard shop tools for precision inspection\n\n

What We’re Looking For\n
Required:
\n
\n3+ years of CNC machining experience\nAbility to program in GibbsCAM or at the machine\nComfortable with setups, tooling, offsets, and blueprint reading\nStrong experience with mills, lathes, or boring mills\nWillingness to work 2nd shift and contribute to a lean team\n\n
Preferred (Not Required):
\n
\nExperience with multi-axis lathes and VTLs\nExposure to large-part machining or job shop environments\nFamiliarity with machining for steel and pipe mill parts\n\n
