The Work You’ll Be Doing\n

In this role, you will:

\n

\nSet up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and related equipment\nRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings\nAdjust cutting paths, speeds, feeds, and offsets to optimize performance\nMonitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues in real time\nPerform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools\nConduct basic machine maintenance (cleaning, tool wear monitoring, gasketing)\nParticipate in time studies and process improvement initiatives\nTrain new team members on machine operation and program execution\nAssist with developing inspection protocols and quality standards\n\n

This position requires both hands-on machining expertise and a proactive mindset focused on improving efficiency and quality.

Machines: CNC Milling Machines, CNC Lathes, Tooling Equipment
Controls: Standard CNC Controls (G & M Code Familiarity Required)
CAM Software: SolidCAM
Inspection Tools: Micrometers, Calipers, Dial Indicators, and other precision measurement instruments

\nTooling steels\nAlloy steels\nMaterials used in extrusion tooling applications\n\n

What We’re Looking For\n

Required:

\n

\n1–3+ years of CNC machining experience\nExperience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes\nAbility to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings\nWorking knowledge of G & M codes\nExperience using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other inspection tools\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability\nAbility to work independently and maintain attention to detail\nHigh school diploma\nAuthorized to work in the U.S.\n\n

Preferred:

\n

\nAssociate degree in CNC machining or related field\nExperience with SolidCAM\nExposure to CAD/CAM programming\nExperience in tooling, die, or extrusion-related manufacturing\n\n

Pay, Benefits & Schedule\n

Pay Range: $31 – $35 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:
Full-time, on-site manufacturing schedule (day shift)

Overtime: As needed based on production demands

\n

Work Environment:
Manufacturing / machine shop environment with exposure to industrial noise and equipment. PPE and safety protocols are required and enforced.
