Duration: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts:
- Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun): 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM | 20% differential | Work 36 hrs, get paid for 40 hrs | $3,000 annual stay bonus
- Night Shift (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri): 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM | 25% differential

As a CNC Mill/Turn Machinist, you'll set up, operate, and optimize CNC machines to produce precision parts meeting exacting standards. You'll work with engineers and fellow machinists to maintain efficient production, ensure top quality, and continuously improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Mill/Turn machines independently.
- Perform inspections and document results to meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining or process issues.
- Mentor peers and support workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and proactive work environment.
- Associate's degree in Machining or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience (experience with Mori Seiki/DMG Mori preferred).
- Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement.
- Familiar with G-code/M-code and CMM/VCMM tools.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
