Commercial Leasing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Drive leasing performance of commercial assets (F&B retail, mixed-use, etc.) to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.Identify, approach and secure high-quality tenants aligned with the project’s positioning and tenant mix strategy.Structure and negotiate leasing deals, including rental rates, lease terms, incentives and commercial conditions.Oversee space allocation, zoning and layout planning to maximize asset value and customer flow.Handle end-to-end leasing process; prospecting, site visits, negotiations, deal closing and handover, as well as leasing documentation.Coordinate tenant fit-out process to ensure alignment with design guidelines and operational standards.Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to support retention, renewals and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related major.Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial leasing, property or real estate roles.Strong understanding of leasing structures, commercial terms and property operations.Experience in retail/mall leasing, tenant mix planning and multipurpose developments.Existing network with retail brands, F&B operators or corporate tenants.Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
