Compensation & Benefit and IR Supervisor

Position SummaryThe Compensation & Benefit and Industrial Relations Supervisor is responsible for managing employee remuneration, benefits administration, and industrial relations matters to ensure internal equity, legal compliance, and harmonious employer–employee relationships across Head Office and operational sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & BenefitsManage and administer payroll, allowances, and employee benefits for HO and site employees.Develop and maintain salary structure, grading, and job evaluation frameworks.Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and market surveys.Manage benefits programs including health insurance, BPJS, incentives, and allowances.Handle employee claims related to medical, travel, and other benefits.Ensure accuracy of payroll data, deductions, and tax-related components.Industrial RelationsHandle employee relations, disciplinary cases, warnings, and termination processes in compliance with labor laws.Manage disputes, grievances, and negotiations with employees or labor representatives.Prepare documentation for legal and labor cases.Coordinate with government labor offices and external legal advisors when required.Ensure company compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and collective labor agreements (if any).Reporting & CompliancePrepare regular reports on payroll cost, benefit utilization, and manpower cost.Support internal and external audits related to payroll and labor compliance.Maintain accurate employee records and employment documentation.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Industrial Relations.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll, BPJS, and tax regulations.Experience handling disciplinary actions, termination, and labor disputes.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, firm, and able to handle sensitive and confidential matters.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
