This is a high-impact sales and customer care role. You won’t just be "selling" you’ll be providing a critical service that keeps the American supply chain moving safely.

Core Responsibilities
- Expert Consultation: Act as a Compliance Specialist to guide companies through complex FMCSA and state regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Management: Provide ongoing "overall care" to a portfolio of thousands of companies, ensuring their long-term success and compliance.
- Strategic Sales: Convert warm leads and inquiries into long-term partnerships through professional, high-integrity phone and email communication.
- Administrative Accuracy: Utilize Google Docs and Excel to maintain high attention to detail in client records and regulatory filings.
What You Bring to the Team
- Sales Veteran: At least 2 years of Outside Sales experience (we find this background translates best to our high-energy environment).
- Communication Pro: Exceptional phone presence and the ability to write clear, professional emails.
- Self-Starter: Absolute mastery of time management; you know how to run your desk like a business.
- Punctuality & Precision: High attention to detail is non-negotiable in the compliance world.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year (Commission-based with a $3,000/month guarantee).
- Full Benefits: Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance.
- Retirement: 401(k) with company support.
- Schedule: Standard 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday (Full-time).
Location & Requirements
- Work Location: In-person at our Meridian, ID 83642 office.
- Relocation: Applicants must be able to commute or relocate to Meridian before starting work.
