Salary:

$65,000 – $75,000/year + bonus potential (Indianapolis market range)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction roles including project managers, superintendents, and skilled trades
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, networking, and referrals
• Maintain and build a strong pipeline of qualified construction talent
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (construction industry preferred)
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with field and corporate teams
