Job Description
Work Week: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday Key Responsibilities
Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory Support research and analysis for potential mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities. Assist in preparing market research reports, investment summaries, and business proposals. Conduct industry analysis and identify potential strategic partners or acquisition targets. Assist in coordinating due diligence processes and preparing transaction documentation. Myanmar Market Entry & Franchising Support Conduct market research relating to business opportunities in Myanmar. Assist Singapore companies exploring franchising and partnership opportunities in Myanmar. Prepare franchising documentation, operational materials, and feasibility reports. Support communication with Myanmar business partners and stakeholders. Training and Community Engagement Assist in conducting basic English communication training programs for Myanmar domestic helpers in Singapore. Develop simple learning materials focused on practical communication skills. Support programs coordination and participant engagement. Consulting and Client Support Assist in preparing consultancy proposals, reports, and presentations. Support client engagement activities and project coordination. Maintain proper documentation and project records. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or a related discipline. At least
2-3 years of relevant experience
in consulting, business advisory, market research, or international business development. Strong analytical, research, and report writing skills. Good understanding of ASEAN markets knowledge of Myanmar market conditions is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Flexibility in responding to customers' inquiries promptly and traveling within the region during weekends in order to meet the project's limited time window.
