Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant who will work closely with
senior architects and business teams to design and implement decisioning components using Pega Customer Decision
Hub (CDH). This is a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in real-time decisioning, AI-driven personalization,

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential Technical Qualification:
• Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (mandatory) with 1-3 years of relevant decisioning experience and at
least 1 Pega project implementation.
• Strong Experience in Pega CDH Projects & Operations Management:
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering and managing Pega Customer Decision
Hub (CDH) implementations, 1:1 Ops Manager including real-time decisioning, strategy design, and next
best-action frameworks.
• Minimum 1+ years of developing applications using Pega and having experience into Customer Decisioning
Hub (CDH).
• Hands-on experience in Action/ Treatment build.
• Hands-on experience in configuring the various aspects of NBAD.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and managing campaigns.
• Platform skills like Configuring data flow for ingestion/ extraction, channel integrations, etc are add-ons but
not a must.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain will be given preference, not mandatory.
• Knowledge on various PRPC concepts, PRPC flows, Ruleset, Assignments, Utilities, Decision, Class Structures,
Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ),
Connectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry standard project delivery frameworks such as Agile/Scrum or waterfall.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design and development of decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Contribute to the implementation of next-best-action (NBA) strategies, engagement policies, and adaptive
models.
• Support the setup of decisioning logic, predictive models, and arbitration rules based on business
requirements.
• Designing the decisioning logic. Build and test decision logic rules.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning of decisioning strategies.
• Experience with CDH components such as Adaptive model, Predictive Model, A/B testing, Simulation testing,
performance reports and monitoring.
• Support in resolving complex design and configuration problems to meet specified objectives.
• Articulate what customer decision hub, always on marketing and AI mean in a particular sense, how does it
deliver the business vision and objectives.
• Understanding of reuse in terms of enterprise solutions seeking to determine and develop repeatable, efficient
and optimal ways of implementing CDH.
