Required Education and Experience:

• B.Sc / BE./ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in eGovernance, IT enablement, IT implementation etc. in Healthcare Sector

Position 1: Program Implementation Consultant

• Responsible for collaborating with States and UT coordination teams to expand stakeholder networks and strengthen governance structures.
• Leads capacity building and awareness activities to enhance stakeholder skills, knowledge, and readiness for digital health initiatives.
• Supports planning, rollout, and workforce deployment for digital health implementation across States and UTs.
• Monitors IEC activities, drives adoption including registry population, HMIS integration, and health record creation and linking across public and private sectors.
• Coordinates with national teams, develops state digitisation roadmaps and policy guidance, measures performance using digital health indices, and ensures post integration issue resolution with technology partners.

Position 2: Private Sector Engagement Consultant/ HMIS implementation

• Responsible for collaborating with large private healthcare providers, insurers, regulators, and laboratory networks to drive digital health integration.
• Promotes adoption of digital health services such as (HMIS/HER) across organized private healthcare entities through targeted engagement and communication.
• Works with partners to integrate digital health solutions into existing systems and operational workflows.
• Provides strategic account management and end to end coordination for key partnerships and integration processes.
• Engages with industry associations
