Consultant / Associate – Negotiation Consulting
  Singapore | Hybrid (min. 3 days in office)
The Gap Partnership (TGP) is a global consulting firm specialising in negotiation. From our Singapore hub, we work with leading organisations across Asia-Pacific to help them achieve better commercial outcomes at the negotiation table.
We’re looking for a Consultant / Associate to join our Asia Commercial Team.
What you’ll do

• Support      and deliver negotiation consulting projects across APAC
• Contribute      analysis, insights, and practical recommendations for clients
• Manage      project workstreams, timelines, and deliverables
• Support      (and over time help deliver) negotiation workshops
• Work      closely with clients and senior consultants

What we’re looking for

• 2–5      years’ experience in consulting, strategy, or project-based roles
• Strong      analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable      working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Interest      in negotiation, commercial decision-making, or strategy
