Job Summary You will lead efforts to enhance patient safety and care quality while supervising and guiding junior doctors and healthcare professionals in clinical practice. Responsibilities Lead clinical teams to deliver safe and high-quality patient care, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards Supervise and mentor junior doctors and healthcare professionals to foster clinical competence and professional growth Maintain active clinical practice to provide expert medical care and stay current with medical advancements Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and clinical processes Required competencies and certifications Hold a Basic Medical Degree and Postgraduate qualifications registrable with the Singapore Medical Council Possess Specialist Registration with the Singapore Medical Council accredited by the Ministry of Health Specialist Accreditation Board Completed specialist training accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board with at least 2 years of relevant specialist experience
