We’re looking for a Content Specialist to increase the speed, scale, and effectiveness of our global Content + Brand team.

This role sits at the intersection of content creation, workflow optimization, and AI-driven innovation. You will help us produce more high-quality content, reduce operational friction, and ensure our work drives measurable impact for revenue and brand growth.

What You’ll Own

  1. Accelerate Content Production

  • Draft blogs, email copy, landing pages, and both longform and shortform campaign assets

  • Transform webinars, research, and regulatory updates into high-performing content

  • Repurpose long-form assets into multi-channel formats to maximize ROI

  • Support senior writers with research, interviews, and first drafts

       2. Ensure content moves from idea to publication efficiently and on time

  • Lead AI-Enabled Content Innovation

  • Skillfully leverage AI tools to accelerate drafting, summarization, and repurposing in alignment with our style guidelines 

  • Build repeatable prompt libraries and AI workflows for common content formats

  • Identify manual bottlenecks and recommend automation opportunities

  • Partner with our AI-focused designer to enhance creative efficiency

  • Continuously test emerging AI tools and document best practices. 

        3. Drive Content Operations Excellence

  • Own and maintain workflow management in Monday.com

  • Ensure clear handoffs between writers, editors, designers, and stakeholders

  • Manage final asset uploads to our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system

  • Maintain metadata, naming conventions, and version control

  • Notify internal teams when new assets are available and guide adoption

  • Support basic performance reporting and insights tracking. 

        4. Enable Sales and GTM Teams

  • Ensure published content is organized and accessible in the DAM, and synced to the Sales team’s tool

  • Support campaign launches with timely asset distribution

 


Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or marketing operations

  • Strong English speaking, writing and editing skills

  • Experience using AI tools to support writing, research, or workflow automation

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline

  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira

  • Systems thinker with a mindset for continuous improvement

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment
