AAS Healthcare Staffing’sRPO division is seeking additional full-cycle, highly experienced, contractedrecruiters to join our growing team. Physician and Advanced PracticeProvider recruitment experience is preferred. Our client partnersspan the healthcare continuum, ranging from large academic medical centers torapidly growing startups and single-specialty practices.

As our organizationcontinues to expand, we are looking for talented and experienced recruiters tojoin our team on an initial contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with AAS’s clientstakeholders and Hiring Managers
• Develop, update jobdescriptions, and partner with AAS’s internal marketing and sourcing team
• Sourcing and attractingcandidates by using databases, social media, and other sources
• Screening candidates toensure efficient interview to hire assessment of applicants’ relevantknowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitude
• Work with clients HR teamclosely to apply HR/recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical andrecruiting reports as needed
• Act as the single point ofcontact throughout the interview process and build influential candidaterelationships during the process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fullcycle healthcare recruiter
• Working closely with hiringmanagers/HR in presenting and negotiating offers with finalists
• Solid experience ofsourcing, interviewing, doing reference checks, and on-boarding
• Familiarity with HRdatabases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Strong influencing anddecision-making skills
• Ability to move fromdifferent projects as needed
• Experience of hiring acrossa breadth of roles in the health and wellness area is a preferred
• Must be able to provide 3professional references upon request
