COO - REMOTE

We are currently looking for a Chief Operating Officer – REMOTE. This role is crucial for building and scaling the operational backbone of our partner's brokerage. You will be instrumental in designing and optimizing all operational functions, ensuring the brokerage operates in a compliant and efficient manner.

Partnering closely with the executive team, you will translate strategic vision into actionable plans. This is a unique opportunity to innovate within a modern brokerage framework that emphasizes speed and reliability in a rapidly emerging market. The role demands a builder mindset as you will create and implement foundational systems from the ground up.

Accountabilities Design and implement end-to-end operational infrastructure for a modern brokerage Establish scalable processes across trade lifecycle, client onboarding, funding, and withdrawals Ensure operational readiness for rapid growth across futures and crypto markets Translate company vision into operational frameworks, KPIs, and execution plans Build systems that support high-volume trading activity with speed and reliability Identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize performance across all workflows Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure operations meet regulatory standards Implement controls supporting a compliant, audit-ready organization Oversee operational risk management and escalation frameworks Build and scale a high-performance trader support function Ensure fast, accurate resolution of client issues across global markets Manage relationships with clearing firms, liquidity providers, and vendors Hire, develop, and lead high-performing operations teams Establish a culture of accountability and execution Requirements 10+ years of experience in operations leadership in brokerage, fintech, or financial services Proven experience building operational infrastructure in a high-growth environment Deep understanding of brokerage operations, including trade lifecycle Strong knowledge of regulatory environments (CFTC, NFA, SEC) Experience managing vendor ecosystems including clearing firms Demonstrated ability to build teams and processes from the ground up Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environment Benefits Build the operational foundation of a next-generation brokerage Work directly with executive leadership on high-impact projects Be part of a fast-growing, performance-driven fintech company Shape the future of trader access and interaction with financial markets Competitive compensation package including performance-based incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr
