Highgate Hotels - - Responsibilities: Prepare all food items hot and cold, based on standardized recipes, for Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste; Assist in training of other cooks and pantry; Complete necessary food and station preparation prior to opening of the restaurant; Prepare and display buffet food items according to hotel standards
