Job Summary:
- This role requires leading the creation of high-impact, conversion-driven copy across digital channels.
- You will drive performance marketing content strategy for multiple brands across industries.
- The role involves collaborating with performance marketers, and ensuring all content aligns with business goals and ROI metrics.
- You will play a key role in shaping brand voice while optimizing for conversions and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead copy development for:
- Paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Landing pages and conversion funnels
- Email marketing and automation campaigns
- High-performing social media creatives
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with performance marketing goals (leads, sales, engagement).
- Plan and oversee A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to refine messaging and improve ROI.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing, design, and analytics teams for integrated campaign execution.
- Work directly with stakeholders to present ideas, incorporate feedback, and drive results.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice while adapting messaging for different platforms and audiences.
Knowledge / Skill Set Required:
- 1-2+ years of experience in copywriting with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Proven ability to write high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent storytelling skills combined with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
- Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics and business impact.
