Role Overview
We are looking for a Copywriter in the marketing team who will own and shape Scapia’s consumer voice across all touchpoints — from product experiences to campaigns.
This role requires strong writing craft, sharp consumer understanding, and the ability to deliver high-quality copy across formats — including product interfaces, landing pages, CRM, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.
You will partner closely with product, design, growth, and marketing teams to create clear, compelling, and conversion-driven communication across on-app and off-app channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & UX Copy
- Write clear, intuitive, and engaging copy for product surfaces — app flows, landing pages, and key user journeys.
- Collaborate with product and UI/UX teams to enhance usability and elevate the consumer experience through words.
- Simplify complex concepts into sharp, easy-to-understand communication.
2. CRM & Performance Copy
- Develop high-impact copy for CRM channels (push, email, WhatsApp, SMS) and performance marketing assets.
- Drive clarity, urgency, and action through copy that converts.
- Continuously iterate based on performance and user behaviour.
3. Campaign & Brand Communication
- Contribute to campaign ideas and translate them into strong, consumer-first copy.
- Write for marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-app, and offline channels.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand expression across all communication.
4. Cross-Team Partnership & Execution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, growth, design, marketing) to solve communication needs.
- Align on messaging, context, and objectives across workstreams.
- Deliver high-quality, timely output across multiple parallel projects.
What You’ll Need
- 4–8 years of experience in copywriting / content roles.
- Experience in consumer tech, app-first, or digital-first businesses.
- Strong ability to write for product, UX, CRM, and performance channels.
- Excellent command over language, tone, and storytelling.
- High consumer empathy and understanding of user journeys.
- Ability to simplify, structure, and communicate clearly across formats.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with multiple stakeholders.
