Creative Strategist – Schbang (Bengaluru | On-site)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter with a digital-first mindset who can blend creative thinking with sharp execution across social and campaign work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and write ideas for digital-first ad campaigns
• Develop copy for social media, ads, captions, and campaign assets
• Write scripts for TVCs, DVCs, and ad films
• Ideate and execute Instagram Reels & short-form video content
• Leverage social trends, memes, and pop culture for brand storytelling
• Collaborate with design, video, and strategy teams
• Contribute to campaign pitches and creative ideation

Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in an advertising/digital agency
• Strong portfolio with work across Food & Beverage, FMCG, Beauty, and Fashion brands
• Demonstrated experience in digital campaigns, scripts, and social content
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form formats
• Ability to think concept-first and execute fast
