From our Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a Corporate Director of Sales Europe & Americas - Key Account Management, to be based at our Barcelona Head Office. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a global commercial sales strategy aimed at maximizing revenue generation and market share from Key Account Sales Management (KASM) within the luxury hospitality sector, across the following segments: Consortia, Travel Agencies, and Tour Operators.


This is an individual (stand-alone) role that currently does not involve managing or supervising teams. However, there will be ongoing collaboration with the hotels’ commercial departments, without any direct responsibility over them.


Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global key-account sales strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify key account management opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Identifying emerging market opportunities and customer segments to drive revenue growth
  • Provide functional guidance and commercial direction to on-property sales teams to ensure optimal key accounts sales management.
  • Selecting, supervising and incentivizing GSO/GSA sales plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across luxury travel segments.
  • Represent our brands at key industry events, enhance visibility and strengthening our position towards key accounts.
  • Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and expand relationships with top global travel agencies, luxury consortia Tour operators and Global Sales Offices or Agents (GSO/GSA)
  • Lead strategic business reviews with key accounts and develop tailored growth plans by market and customer segment.
  • Strengthen account penetration by leveraging analytics, joint marketing initiatives and cross-property collaborations.
  • Negotiate preferred partnership agreements, ensuring optimal commercial terms and compliance.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, inventory and promotional strategies
  • Coordinate with Marketing teams to activate global sales initiatives and co-branded campaigns
  • Represent the brand at major travel trade events, roadshows and industry conferences


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven sales experience in the luxury hospitality industry, including leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of the global luxury hotel market dynamics with a network in luxury travel and hospitality.
  • Experince with Europe, US and LATAM markets
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Have a passion for innovation, luxury, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • A willingness to travel extensively.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable.
