Job Description
- Manage and maintain relationships with domestic lenders (both public and private sector) including banks, financial institutions etc.
- Coordinate fund-raising activities including term loans, working capital facilities and structured finance
- Review financial models, CMAs, information memorandums, and credit proposals for lenders
- Work closely with legal, treasury, and business teams on financing transactions
- Coordinate with various consultants including but not limited to TEV, legal consultants, security trustees, financial advisors, credit rating agencies etc. for financing transactions
- Support loan documentation, negotiations, and compliance with financing terms and covenants
- Monitor and track banking exposure across lenders, facilities, and entities to ensure optimal utilization and risk control
- Liaise with banks for sanctions, renewals, and enhancements of credit facilities
- Ensure timely submission of information to lenders
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies
- Preparation of various management MIS
