Job DescriptionJob Description Corporate Recruiter (6-week contract) The Temporary Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a wide range of salaried professional and leadership roles across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire talent for office-based, technical, creative, and manufacturing leadership positions. All recruiting activities will be managed within the ADP Recruiting Module, making system proficiency highly desirable. This position is an approximate 6-week contract to cover a leave of absence. This will be remote after training so candidates will need to be local to the Greater Cincinnati market. Pay for this role will range between $35 and $45/hr. - Clarify role requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop effective sourcing and interview strategies
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress
- Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and assess qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Facilitate the offer process, including compensation discussions and pre-employment steps
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruiting records within ADP Recruiting
- Support reporting and requisition tracking as needed
- Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and applicable employment laws
- 5-7 years of experience recruiting salaried professional roles in an office or corporate environment
- Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines (technical, professional, creative, or leadership roles)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience using ADP Recruiting Module or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Prior recruiting experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, particularly for supervisory or management roles
- Familiarity with HR systems, workflows, and reporting
Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
