Senior Recruiter
Hybrid onsite 1x per week (Tuesdays) in Framingham, MA 01701
M-F, regular business hours, 40 hours per week
Pay: $54 per hour W2; Duration: 6 months; potential to extend
o Influence, advise, collaborate and be an inspiring leader to Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Recruiting leaders and peers
o Handle full recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas
o Support Client Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
o Develop actionable strategies and staffing plans to support hiring needs, use internal and external resources to meet plans
o Represent Client as an “Employer of Choice” in the external market by advocating for Client culture and core values and implementing strategies
o Develop sourcing strategies for both current and forecasted needs; test new or innovative ways to build robust talent pipelines
o Deliver outstanding hiring experience to all partners including candidates, Hiring Managers and other business partners
o Develop communication plans and activities proactively
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
8+ years Full Recruitment Lifecycle experience in an in-house corporate environment
Preferences:
o Experience with Executive level recruitment
o Experience with Workday
