Cost Accountant

MUST HAVES:

• Strong Excel experience – vlookups
• An Associates or Bachelor's Degree within Business, Accounting, or similar discipline
• Strong communication skills

PLUSSES:

• Prior experience or interest within construction or a similar field

D2D Responsibilities:

• Monthly invoicing
• Track payment statuses from customers
• Analyzes job cost data
• Billing rates – building based on union contracts
• Working up payment applications/ lien waivers based on schedule of values
• Contract analysis
