Creative Designer to Support Marketing + Sales Initiatives

CubixTech is a technology integrator and cybersecurity managed services provider helping enterprises build, run, and secure their IT infrastructure.

Role Overview

This role owns all design and visual output at CubixTech. You will be responsible for how our brand looks, communicates, and presents itself across digital, sales, and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining a strong, consistent visual identity across all outputs
• Designing and improving marketing, sales, and communication assets.
• Translating content and complex ideas into impactful visual storytelling
• Bringing consistency through templates, systems, and reusable formats
• Improving and evolving existing materials over time
• Contributing to overall brand perception and design quality
• Working with internal teams and external partners where required

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-6 years of experience in design / brand / marketing design roles
• Exposure to technology-led businesses (cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, IT services).
• Strong command over modern design tools with the ability to use AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and output.
• A strong eye for clean, minimal, high-quality design with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with ownership and think beyond creatives to understand the brand direction and B2B IT enterprise communication styles.
• Experience across digital and business-facing design work (social, decks, collaterals)
• Someone who values clarity, consistency, and structure over visual noise.
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Portfolio Required:

Must demonstrate: Social / digital creatives, Presentation or deck design, Marketing or business-facing design work.
