Job Summary:
As the Senior Graphic Designer at Fraganote, you will drive the brand's visual direction across all digital and print touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, consistent, and innovative designs that reflect the essence of Fraganote. From packaging to performance ads to editorial layouts, you’ll lead a small design team and ensure the brand stands out with elegance, emotion, and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Fraganote’s visual identity across all channels (website, social, packaging, campaigns, print).
- Lead and mentor junior designers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative assets.
- Oversee all stages of design from concept to final execution — ensuring high aesthetic quality and brand consistency.
- Design and review packaging, labels, lookbooks, product mockups, performance ad creatives, and retail collaterals.
- Ensure all assets are optimized for various platforms including Meta, Google Ads....
- Manage timelines, workflows, and feedback cycles efficiently across multiple projects.
- Stay ahead of design trends in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle — infusing fresh perspectives into the brand.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
- At least 2 - 4 years of design experience, preferably in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C space.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and After Effects (bonus) .
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
- Experience in packaging design, print production, and digital advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Eye for storytelling, minimal aesthetics, and brand alignment.
