Creative Designer (graphic)

🧑‍🎨 What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the creative force behind how TOOZ looks and feels — across packaging, social media, campaigns, and beyond.

• Design graphics for social media, packaging, website banners, and brand assets
• Build campaign identities, mood boards, and theme boards from scratch
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life
• Keep our visual identity consistent and sharp across every touchpoint
• Push creative boundaries — experiment with styles, layouts, and new directions
• Balance quality with speed across multiple ongoing projects

✅ What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a consumer brand or agency
•  (Freshers with a strong portfolio are very welcome to apply!)
• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Nano Banana
• A sharp eye for detail, proportion, typography, colour, and layout
• Ability to translate a brief into polished, high-quality visuals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive mindset — you adapt quickly and take initiative

🌟 Bonus Points

• Familiarity with motion tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
• Experience with D2C, FMCG, or performance-driven brands
